Shipping Policy
We base our shipping charges on the wieght of your order. To make sure you receive the fewest shipments possible, we’ll do our best to ship everything to you at once. If we need to send you more than one shipment, we’ll only charge you once for the charges that apply to the total value of your purchase.
The shipping service that we use is Fedex Ground and UPS.
Orders are processed within 48 Hours from the time that they are placed. (Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States) If you place your order on a day other than the days listed above your order may not be processed until the following business day.
Orders will be processed and shipped once we receive credit card authorization or payment. For more information about payment options, click on the Privacy tab. All orders that are shipped will usually receive a tracking number that we send to your email address upon request. Please email us or call us if you have any questions.
WE DO NOT DELIVER TO - PO BOXES. There is no tracking service available for these shipments, and Fedex and UPS do not ship to PO BOXES.
We currently only ship to the United States. After your order is processed you can expect your order to arrive within 7 – 14 business days after your order is processed , excluding federal holidays within the United States.
We do not ship to any other destination outside of the United States at this time.
We make every effort to fulfill your order in a timely manner, in some instances our supplier will not fulfill an order as soon as you would like or as soon as you would like; or we will not process your order in a timely manner. Again please let us know within 72 hours of placing your order if you would like a tracking number, email to admin@signboxes.com within the specified time frames above or call 801-784-2688.
