Return Policy

If for the following reasons you are not satisfied with a product you purchased you can return it within 7 days of the original purchase date, you must have a valid receipt dated within 7 days or less from the original purchase date, that you can email back to admin@brochureboxes.net

Please call 801.722.5512 if there is any confusion regarding your purchase, and this refund policy.

Acceptable Reasons for Returns

Product was defective upon delivery.

Never received product, and tracking information verified that items were lost.

We sent the wrong product.

Unacceptable Reasons for Returns

Shipping of product did not arrive in the time that was expected.

Unsatisfied with customer service.

Modifications regarding color of product agreed upon before shipment was sent.

Shipping Location for Returned Products

If your decision is to return a product to us, and it falls within one of the following acceptable reasons and within the specified time frame, we will gladly return the money that was paid the way that it was paid after we receive the items at our corporate office in Provo, Utah

Brochure Box Package Returns

Unused brochure boxes can be returned for a full refund within 21 days of the original purchase date. You must have a valid receipt dated within 21 days or less from the original purchase date in order to receive a refund, please email your receipts to admin@brochureboxes.net

Cash Refunds

Cash refunds will only be given with a valid receipt showing the original form of payment for purchase as cash or check.

Credit Card Refunds

All credit card purchases will be refunded back to the original credit card that merchandise or brochure boxes were purchased on. If your payment was made through PayPal we will issue it through PayPal; if it was made through
2Checkout.com, Inc. we will issue a refund through their service.

Check Refunds

All check purchases will be refunded 21 days after the original check has cleared; check refunds will be done in the form of a mail check from our Corporate Office.
